Been coming here for over a year but there comes a point where enough is enough. They let you book appointments through the Booksy app and I would book it with Vic. Don’t get me wrong he’s a good barber but when it comes to appointments he doesn’t honor them. I’ve booked appointments at a certain time that I needed them to be and he would come late or he would still be cutting someone else’s hair. I’ve had to wait over an hour and a half the most, the least was 30 minutes. It’s been constant and it’s ridiculous, HONOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS, it was clear he didn’t value my time as a customer.

I've been going to to this place for a while, but have not been back since covid started til now. I made an appt and usually I see either gerry or es but neither was available so they gave me some guy Ive never seen before. When I made the reservations the receptionist told me that they don't do the $5 appt fee anymore so I thought ok thats cool then.My cut was decent, I only came in for a fix. I tried to fade my own hair but failed so it was pretty much just fixing it, nothing crazy at all it took like 10minutes to cut it. Then I was about to pay and they charged me $25 for a quick fix. I didnt ask anymore, i didnt wana have a discussion over price but I think that's way too pricey for a super short fade. And to top that, the guy wsn't even wearing a mask when at all when he cut my hair.Id probably not come back anymore. Sad, cuz I actually like the other barbers that charged decent and well worth cut.

Super pricey for a crappy job. A guy (don't recall his name. His chair was all the way in the back next to a door) was cutting my sons hair. I specifically told him I wanted a comb over. I did not wanted a fade, but a #2. As I was sitting down with my son I saw he was doing a fade. I told him I didn't want a fade on him( he's only 3). I told him what I wanted before and is not paying attention. He apologized and I told him "well you already did it". Smh. Pay attention!
