I came in because I was having trouble installing new OS and the owner was very transparent throughout the whole process. the pricing is reasonable. after several days of very detailed updates on my laptop, changed my mind on which OS I wanted and they were understanding and had my laptop ready an hour after I made the request. they were rockstar throughout the whole process and honestly they deserve more money than they charged me today. I will be back in the future if I ever need.
