I had such a hard time trying to schedule due to insurance issues but thanks to the help and patience of the call center I was able to be seen! ..thank you so much Natalia!! more offices need a her lol ..everyone else was so helpful and sweet at the time of my appointment as always answering my 1000 questions. Lastly Could never go wrong with scheduling with Jalie!! Quick, efficient, and the nicest..truly appreciate you all. Great and fast experience!

First time to this facility. I was going to write my review after a few more visits but the first visit was enough to write a review. If you have loads of patience and not let the little things get to you, then this place will be ok for you. But if you have none of the above, I suggest seeking medical care elsewhere. Without going into specifics, the doctor made clerical errors, the girl at the front desk made clerical errors, the referral coordinator made clerical errors. It was to the point of being comical. Next visit is a blood draw. I will write an update. If you don't see an update, it will mean that I didn't survive.

In September of 2023, I was able to complete my Phlebotomy externship here. The staff and my teacher Fernando were very informative and welcoming, knowing that I am new to this profession. Fernando made the environment very comforting which helped relieve my anxiety when drawing blood. I recommend this place for future phlebotomists and patients.

I had the opportunity to do my phlebotomy externship here! I loved the experience I received as it is a majority Spanish speaking patients. Fernando, Cynthia and Mayra were very helpful and kind to me while I was here and they are very good at their jobs!!! If you get placed here for your externship you are in great hands and you will have the opportunity to get pokes.

Hello I got the opportunity of doing my externship hours here to get my phlebotomy lícense. Fernando was my trainer he did an amazing job. I was really able to learn a lot . The girls and staff here are super nice I would definitely recommend this clinic to family members and friends

I was able to do clinical hours for my phlebotomy class here and I want to thank all the employees for being so nice and welcoming. They all work very hard and do all they can to help make their patients comfortable and happy. Special thank you to Fernando for being a great phlebotomist and teacher. He's organized and great at preparing students for the field to become competent and confident phlebotomists. I really enjoyed volunteering here and hope to see these amazing people again. I came here to do my externship for Phlebotomy. My teacher was Fernando . He was great. His knowledge of the field was extensive and helped me calm down on my first day as I was very nervous. The facility is very clean. It is also very busy and the staff handles it very well. They are all very professional and know their positions very well. Great experience!!!
