I've had a hard time getting through on the phone in the past.some dr.s are better at talking to patients then orher. There's room for improvement but if you just need to get in some where in a pinch it's the place to go

Great receptionists, they try to be as friendly as possible! The pediatrics medical assistant is professional and sweet, Zayra Parra! She cares for the little kiddos and has a great attitude! Recommend!

Dr Chong is really good my review is just for the front desk employees, is a lady called Marimar very rude and seems unhappy all the time, complains for everything and even to moved she makes a face.

I was only a few minutes late, about 3 minutes, to cancel my appointment. I didn't even want to come.

Same as the rest of the comments I’m seeing now. Extremely impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment. No call backs or answers for any reason you click on the menu for. “All agents are busy helping other customers” my butt.

Everyone is so informed from front desk, all the way through triage, care plan, labs, and follow up/check out.

The amount of times I heard patients talking to employees about their families and making real connections was definitely worth noting.

I had the privilege of being placed here for my CPT license and I would recommend that everyone who can be placed here, do so by reaching out to the team.

Fernando and Leslie were both very knowledgeable about their roles in Phlebotomy in the medical field. They knew the best ways to set up the environment to make it more understandable for students who come here and gain confidence and clarity in knowing their role. They both went the extra mile to ensure that not only were they focused on making sure their patients and coworkers were never left unassisted, they still completed the task of supporting their students at every draw.

I appreciate Araceli, mayra, and so many other of the girls in the back who were so nice to assist with me and my experience there.

Recently I had gotten the opportunity to work with central city in Baldwin park with Fernando and Leslie and I must say their support and encouragement was well worth the destination their team were all extremely experienced and kind who truly shared their hands on approach with everyone on board.I was there to complete my CPT certification and was able to gain my confidence in a welcoming friendly environment very grateful to all the staff at Central City community, outstanding leadership and the best in phlebotomy lab services.
