CD Painting transformed our outdated-old-looking condo complex into a brand new building! They removed/placed all lightings, painted railings, stained fences and more. Thank you, Jr. and team for transforming our house! My husband and I bought a fixer upper with lots of deferred maintenance. The original stucco was either falling or water stained and in general just in really bad condition and we had a patio cover that was improperly painted and the paint was chipping off everywhere. We found Jr. from and old friend who just had her house painted and she highly recommended his team so we chose the soonest date to have our house painted. Jr. and his team was able to come out to paint and in just 3 days the house was done! It was a miracle considering the condition. Their prep work was meticulous (sanding wood pieces, power washing the walls, priming and everything else in between) and the team also went back to make sure every detail was covered like if certain areas needed another coat of paint or stucco to cover little holes that my husband and I missed. Even my neighbors loved their work so much, Jr. and his team were able to secure 2 more jobs on my street. Thank you guys for being so awesome to work with. It was such a pleasure.
