I gave this clinic a chance regardless of the terrible reviews already written about it. Mostly because I'm in dire need of a referral and changing PCPs would cause further delays in getting the treatment I'm in dire need of. The doctor was great. DR. JACQUELINE RODRIGUEZ reviewed my info and was knowledgeable about me when she came into the room. She was kind, and thorough. She assured me that the referral I needed expedited would be. That was Thursday 3/21/2024 @ 12:30. Tuesday 3/26/2024 I call in to get the information so I can make an appointment with a cornea specialist. The lady tells me that I need to be patient and wait for the referral and to call back Friday...read full review

Worst customer service this ladies act like if I owe money to them, or if I asking for a favor. Noo! I will pay.
This Dr. Is loosing money with this face of the company. Poor service. Cool and no patient.
