Best nail spot in town, and the remodeling of the salon looks so good. Friendly and thoughtful staff. Recommend bringing cash for tips!

Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the customer service at this nail spa. I called 4 days ahead of time to make an appointment for my sister and I to have simultaneous pedicures. They gave me the appointment but when we showed up only one tech was available. So much for getting pedicures together. I don’t know why they accept reservations if they aren’t willing to prepare for our arrival and provide the service I had reserved.
The place is pretty clean and the service pretty good. Bindu did my eyebrows, shaped and henna tint. She is very professional and listens carefully what you really want. I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Looking forward to seeing her again. She also does lamination and eyelashes lift and so many others things.
