My brother and I have had Jim as our accountant for over 20 years. Jim is amazing. He always answers questions quickly. He is very honest with his billing. We switched to Jim over 20 years ago when our old CPA was over-billing us. You can't go wrong with using Jim as your accountant. I have also dealt with his partner, Shawn Kelly, in cases where he is my client's accountant. Shawn is also very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions you have. Honestly, you can not go wrong using either Jim or Shawn.

This firm is really unprofessional. This firm was handling my audit case, when today I sent my son to go deliver papers, that they requested of me, to his office. MY SON (not even me) was then notified (3 DAYS before my audit date!) that they no longer wanted to handle my case. This is seriously unprofessional and I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. They are an unprofessional group who used invalid reasons to terminate their contract with us. They are a group looking for loopholes to trying to loot you. Their communication is horrible, considering this day and age of technology, how can someone not notify you of your situation via a phone call, e-mail, letter, or text? Please if you're going to go with a CPA make sure you hire someone who is willing to work with you and takes your situation, as well as their job, seriously, not some average joe who is just trying to loot you for your money.
