This is a first rate dry cleaner. They have the dry cleaning plant on the premises as opposed to sending the clothes to a plant somewhere. When I tell the counter staff what a stain is, they note it. Their pressing is detailed rather than letting a machine do all the work. Waterfall has lower prices depending on the time of day. For no additional charge, they pick up and deliver.
This is my dry cleaner of choice because they do really great work at an affordable price. I’ve never received clothes back with broken buttons like I used to get at Today’s Cleaners. The quality is almost like that of New City Cleaners but more affordable for our family. I really do not write reviews but when I saw this business was listed at 3.7 stars, I had to share my experiences with them over the past year and a half or so. I personally find the staff all friendly and professional. The owner is a solid guy who loves our community. I will not go anywhere else to have our clothes and comforters laundered.
I appreciate the great work, friendly staff and convenient location. I feel like they appreciate my business. They always ask if I need help to my car, which I had never taken them up on. One time they offered and I had some shoulder pain so I took them up on their offer. They couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating.
