Sintia, Ashley and Pedro are awesome! They assisted me with the purchase of my contacts and glasses. I had issues with my insurance carrier and the problem was resolved! Very knowledgeble, patient and friendly! Prices are affordable and items were shipped/made fast within a reasonable timeframe. Ive been going there for the past 3 years and had no issues. Would highly recommend this location to everybody! Keep up the good work!
Ashley Rose is so incredibly thoughtful and helpful. She was able to help me get our prescription filled and find us an affordable option since our insurance ran out. Thank you for taking the extra time to make everything happen and give our little girl the confidence she needs to keep her frames on at school. You are a rockstar!
I am a frequent Walmart shopper and because I live on the outskirts of Bakersfield it is about a 30 minute drive for me to get to the Rosedale Super Walmart, which is the only one that I will be commenting on in this review. Exams: they are very affordable, and the optometrist that is on location Has a very quiet demeanor, very soft-spoken, I 100% disagree with those that had a negative review about her. She is knowledgeable, kind, soft she's not rude or snappy and what I like is she does her job she does what needs to be done you're in an out of there and she's very thorough. Therefore, I don't believe you the issue lies with her. I believe the issue lies with those negative people. Staffing: I have come to know the staff at this location and they are kind and very knowledgeable and thorough But just like every other business you really get what you pay for. I have bought cheap frames there and I have bought namebrand, Michael Kors and Ray-Ban frames. They have great contact brands, which I am a frequent buyer of the one a day disposable contact lenses. I work out in the dirt and I farm and you ripped one of the three week contacts there's not very many to replace it intend to go through those pretty quickly so having the disposable one a day contact lenses has been absolutely amazing so little bit more expensive, but it's absolutely worth the money especially with someone who is outdoors and working where objects are going in your eyes, and your lenses get scratched easily. One other thing that I really love is they have safety glasses both my husband and I have regular safety glasses and sunglasses safety glasses. The quality is great. I love that they had female and male and they're super comfortable. They definitely do the job they're durable and I highly recommend their safety glasses, selection and brands. Ordering/insurance: i've never had an issue personally with the orders they are always in within two weeks unless it's a special order sometimes it may take three weeks like my husband safety glasses but they always call and let me know when they're in and ready they always have really good discounts like buy one get 1/2 off or buy one get one free. As for insurance I mean either you have some form of insurance or you don't. They except a very large list of different eye insurance, so I'm not quite sure what insurance some of these negative reviewer's had but they don't except your insurance go somewhere else. In the end, it's good customer service, the doctor on site is absolutely amazing, they have a good selection and an even larger selection. If they don't have on site what you're looking for they can pull it up on the computer and show you other options that they have to order. It's a huge net work. It is hectic. It's in Walmart. There's a Lotta different kinds of clientele but all in all for a in affordable service especially when you're paying mostly out of pocket it's great. I get five stars I've been going there for five years and the service has been consistent on all levels. And for those negatives, nasty mean reviewers, find something better to do than throw a tantrum on a review labeling, and basing your opinion on one experience. Plus seems to me that the vision center isn't the one with the issue.
