I usually hate eyebrow threading because it hurts so much, but the technician here worked gently and kept checking the shape while doing it. Small thing, but I appreciated not leaving with overly thin brows for once.
The staff at this location are very helpful. Whether I'm looking for a specific product or need some recommendations I find myself being very satisfied with the customer service here. However, this location is incredibly warm inside the shop, especially during the warmer months. This can make shopping here very unpleasant.
This review is specifically for Nellie, she did my makeup for my Formal. She was so sweet and explained everything, she even asked my opinion on color choices even though we had the same idea in mind. I got a natural glam look but next time I'll do a full one. I wish I took pictures without my glasses, but the glossy lips and purple irridescent eyes were my favorite part of the look. I would definitely recommend her 💗💗💗
