My husband's Galaxy s 10+ wouldn't do anything so without a fix, he would lose all of his contacts and text messages. He uses his phone for work so this would have been a disaster. I took his phone and my not being used Galaxy s 10+ to uBreakiFix and they were able to get all contacts AND text messages to the newer phone and it didn't cost a fortune. Their prices have always been very reasonable. We are so pleased that uBreakiFix was able to get this done. We have used this company before, and we will use them if/when in the future. We will also be telling our relatives and friends about this company.
I had a Google Pixel 8 that had a pink line running through the screen, and needed repair through warranty. I got there at 10, and the man knew what was wrong, and grabbed the part from the back room. He said it should be done by 1. I got back around 1:30, and sure enough, it was completely repaired, and that the warranty has taken care of the bill.
The part that impressed me the most, was there quick professional work. They kept their computer screen hidden, so that it didn't reveal other customers information.
