Brought my jacket here for the first time. I manage to get several huge black marks all over the back. Dropped it off (with out getting out of the car) very friendly employees! Got text to pick it up, and all the black spots were gone!

First off let me say, over the years I have collected many sports coats and blazers. They've ranged in price from 200.00 to 500.00 dollars at retail. I'll have a few of them dry cleaned once a year. Recently I brought 2 of them to the today cleaners on ming Ave. I was treated real disrespectful by the trainee and manager over there. They took my coats off the hangers and crumpled them on a desk, then threw them in a large gray bin very carelessly. I questioned why they treated my coats like that and was told they'll get thrown in with 50 other items then pressed. Immediately I was shocked and the trainee laughed at me and thought my reaction was funny. I was disgusted...read full review
