Where do I even start! From assisting with one our hotels conversion from one reservation system, phone and internet services. Tim and his team are not only professional but extremally concise and they is never any questions asked about their work. They give you explanations and they keep you informed on what needs to be done and give you options. We have since used their services for another hotel we manage and they definitely helped get that hotel organized and its IT information back to par.
