Chris was prompt and very knowledgeable. My carpets were a mess having 3 dogs. Chris explained the process he would using thoroughly. I wasn't sure what to expect having looked at how soiled they really were when the furniture was moved out!After speaking with Chris he explained to me how he loved the challenge because he was confident he could make the carpet look almost new. To my surprise he backed his words up with such an awesome job it brought me to tears. It not only looked amazing it smelled great too.
