She was taking too long, her conversation with some co workers was more interesting than cutting my hair, she never ask at the end if I wanted gel or anything or if I wanted washed it was clean my hair but still she had no intention to offer more services
Sierra is a very professional and friendly hairstylist. She was quick, efficient, and cut our hair just as we requested. We also observed her dealing with a very rude walk-in customer that was unhappy with the wait time. She was polite and very professional during a difficult interaction.
