I am so upset. I just left there with my eyebrows hacked They don't even match. I've spent months and months trying to let them grow out to their original thickness so when I went in today, I intended to get my forehead threaded as I normally do when I get my eyebrows done. The threader asked me to do my eyebrows and I said OK but just a light cleanup because they've been growing and I'm still trying to let them grow out and she said OK. OK clean. I asked for only an eyebrow clean up and she decided to do what she wanted with my brows. This place is horrible, they do not give their customers what they want. I was still expected to pay after she messed up my eyebrows. Ridiculous.
Been a customer for a while, never has issues. Until this time I went last, the girl with purple hair helped and was rude and aggressive. It's not clients faults for your moody attitude, she literally pushed my arms out of the way and spoke to me with bad attitude.
