I am so upset. I just left there with my eyebrows hacked They don't even match. I've spent months and months trying to let them grow out to their original thickness so when I went in today, I intended to get my forehead threaded as I normally do when I get my eyebrows done. The threader asked me to do my eyebrows and I said OK but just a light cleanup because they've been growing and I'm still trying to let them grow out and she said OK. OK clean. She was doing my eyebrows all the while having a conversation with other men that were there so I believe she was not paying attention to what she was doing. There was no care for what she was doing. As she was threading near my eyebrow, I could feel the pain and burn and hairs being ripped out, and I was thinking to myself, "she is taking a lot of hair out" and as soon as she handed me that mirror, and I looked at them I saw they were so thin. I asked for a light cleanup, and she completely went against what I said, and decided to take out most of my hair and one eyebrow is much thinner and different than the other. So not only are they thin, they're not even the same. I've never been so upset you might say it's just eyebrows are gonna grow back but when I've spent now most of the year and last year, trying to regrow them to look more natural and just for someone to take them all away and it really does put an effect on you. To top it off I explained to her my position and exactly what I wanted and she did not care because the conversation that she was having with the two men was more important than the care of her client. I urge everybody to be careful when you go there and if you do decide to go there only let the older woman help you unless you want some thin awful eyebrows. The girl that helped me I think her name is Jody. She had braids and either henna or tattoos on her hands and I believe she wears glasses. She's the more trendy young looking girl. I knew when I didn't see the usual older lady that I trust to clean up my eyebrows I shouldn't have done it, but I let her do it anyways against my judgment. I really wish I trusted my gut. it's gonna take me another year to try to grow them back.

I asked for only an eyebrow clean up and she decided to do what she wanted with my brows. This place is horrible, they do not give their customers what they want. I was still expected to pay after she messed up my eyebrows. Ridiculous.

Been a customer for a while, never has issues. Until this time I went last, the girl with purple hair helped and was rude and aggressive. It's not clients faults for your moody attitude, she literally pushed my arms out of the way and spoke to me with bad attitude.
