When Stanley steamers first came out, they did AOK job I felt it could have been done better. Stanley steamers came out the next day to redo the job To make sure I was satisfied when they were finished. I was completely satisfied and happy with the service they had done. It had looked 10 times whole lot better however, when they came out the first time they had done a good job but I felt they could have been done better. Service technician was very polite, respectful and on time. Also very honest. I thought my dryer vent was clogged due to my dryer not working. He showed me it was pretty clear. He could have just cleaned it and charged me for the service. I also had an area rug cleaned and am very happy with the service.
