January 2024 was my first visit to SW Vet office. They have a pretty good website and they allow text contact as well as the landline contact. And you can make appts online or order food and other things through the website. Office is small and the parking lot also but the numbered spaces are good for curbside pickup if you need assistance getting a big or heavy pet out of your car. I found the vet staff very pleasant and I liked my Dr Hiteshew and her assistant. I brought my fat kitty in just for vaccination boosters after having to move from Bakersfield Vet Hospital and fortunately my cat did not have side effects from the rabies shot which I was dreading. They were friendly, efficient and on time. I did not feel rushed with the doctor. My questions were all answered. You can tell they love animals. Cooper was treated like he was their pet. They billed my insurance for me and applied the payment so I did not have to pay the full amount. Great service!
