Solar Negotiators has been just wonderful for me to be a part of. I was originally under another company, but Solar Negotiators bought them out. They still honored everything that I had paid for under the original company. Unbeknownst to me, they discovered that my Solar converter wasn’t working and I needed to replace it.
They came and they replaced it quickly and there was no charge to me because they discovered that it was still under warranty, so I didn’t have to purchase a very expensive new one.

They designed a system that perfectly meets my home energy needs, which gave me a lot of confidence in both the process and the long-term results. When my system was new, about 7yr. ago, our battery charge level was set too low and failed to reconnect with when PG&E was turned back on.
(We were forced out of our home for 15 days)
Therefore, our food spoiled. Solar Negotiators paid for the food and reset the system so as not to repeat the problem and has kept our bill down!
