The treatment I have received at Sendas has always been great. Thankfully I have never encountered the person some of the negative reviews have mentioned. Myself, my husband and my parents have been several times and have always had an exceptional experience. The staff has always been very helpful and caring. Before trying Sendas I truly hated going to urgent cares, but Sendas has changed that. Every time I’ve gone I feel heard and better than when I went in.
Anytime I get sick, I choose Sendas for their availability and level of care. This Saturday I came by with my younger sister Andrea. She had been sick for a week and a half with no improvement, just progressively feeling worse. We were seen by Andres a PA at the facility and he was absolutely amazing with myself and my little sister. Andres was very knowledgeable, had amazing bedside manner, and explained things clearly and concisely in a manner that both me and my teenage sister understood. She was prescribed medication and had her ears checked for infection. Her meds were sent over promptly and ready at our pharmacy within 2 hours. I’m so grateful for the staff & providers at Sendas. Dr. Ngo has treated not only myself but other members of my family. He and his staff have always treated us with compassion, patience, and great bedside manner. It is the only urgent care I trust.
