We met personnel from Rock Bottom Pools at the latest Bakersfield Home and Garden Show. Although I never thought we could afford a pool, I was impressed by Rock Bottom's personnel and their willingness to discuss ways to install a pool in an economic way, so we proceeded to get a bid from them.
