We were referred to Roadrunner Pilot Car for oversize loads from Bakersfield with delivery locations throughout Southern CA. We couldn't be happier. They've been extremely responsive and their knowledge of routing really helped bring our projects within budget. They've helped us reach our destinations safely and have been an enormous help when unexpected events occur on the road. We consider them a valuable part of our team! We used this pilot car service because we needed to move some heavy equipment from a place nearby McKittrick, CA to north Bakersfield, CA. Speaking with Pat (this was in December, so my memory may be a little off on her name), she was very knowledgeable and even tried her best to save us some money by making suggestions that should limit our need for a pilot car service in the future. She was prompt and courteous in all her interactions with me. I can easily say that I am a fan of Roadrunner Pilot Car Service and should the need arise to use her service again, then I will not hesitate to give her a call immediately.
