Very fast and all the staff from the beginning to the end of the consultation were very friendly, including the doctor who gave me an injection for the pain that was so severe that I was very satisfied, thank you all.
From the front desk staff to the doctor, and everyone in between, we received such great customer service. All were kind and gentle and greeted us with smiles. We left there feeling cared for and appreciated. Our visit was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!
Hands down the BEST Urgent Care I've ever been to; infact; I absolutely will never go anywhere else in Bakersfield, unless I need a hospital. They're highly efficient, in and out in 30 min. And the front staff is also very friendly and accommodating.
