Very unprofessional experience. The clinic never called to inform me that my appointment was canceled. I showed up and waited, only to find out it had been canceled without notice. On top of that, the wait times are extremely long. Poor communication and management.

Dr. Benavidez is a great provider, he listens and I see him constantly hustling, while I’m waiting to be seen. The ladies in the office are also hustlers, I see them busy constantly!
But unfortunately the wait time and appointment availability is not realistic. Every appointment I had at the office I would be there 2+ hours waiting for my SCHEDULED appointment. Having to take 2-3 hours out of my day isn’t convenient and at that point why make a scheduled appointment?
Please re-evaluate your appointment scheduling system, it makes it seem like they’re focused on numbers rather than the quality of service.

The doctors are AMAZING ABSOLUTELY nothing bad to say about them.. the lady that takes vitals (white) and the lady that answers all of doctors calls in the back (mexican pixie hair) are very caring and helpful BUT THE LADIES IN THE FRONT ARE HORRIBLE.. They have you hold on the phone to gossip,, they are very rude to Spanish speaking and elder patients.. wait time is all day like back in 1996 wait time. ALMOST positive they don't do a background check on their hires are well.. oh and the office is always dirty.. wash the walls.. shampoo the carpet. Dust the vents.. again the doctors are absolutely wonderful.ITS THE FRONT STAFF
