We were referred to Orkin and she was right! We just hired them on and Rod is outstanding! Excellent results, so far so great! He returns every call or text immediately, shows up on time and we are just so grateful to Orkin and Rod for taking care of our home.

I was losing faith in Orkin. The only regular thing was them taking money every month. Then our new customer service guy John Hacker showed up and I feel we are back on track. Great job John, thanks for restoring my faith in Orkin!

We have been with Orkin for over 2 years, since they began running Banks Pest Control in Bakersfield. We used Banks for over 40 years, and were extremely happy with them. The transition of ownership was seamless, and our prices were never raised. Today Miguel came our scheduled service and was friendly, courteous, accommodating, and thorough, We also added a new service for those mini, Ankle Biting mosquitoes who go after you in broad daylight. They use strategies that I am sure will eliminate these new pests!
The office staff is also very accommodating and respectful. Billing is highly accurate and the cost is reasonable.
