First time at this location. I got lucky to be seen with my walk-in. All staff members from front desk to back nurses and doctor provided great service. Best service I’ve ever received among the other Omni locations I’ve visit. Front desk staff were friendly and not rude. Back staff conducted their work in a timely matter without errors. For once, my pharmacy received my prescriptions in a timely manner. Doctor that saw me actually took her time to listen to my reason for my visit, unlike other locations were they are always in a rush to send you off. Dr Cayden LambaWas a professional in his craft, and concerned about my personal health, very approachable pleasant and kind about my concerns . Also the young man who did my vitals and blood work was very kind and professional his name was Mr Lopez .

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with Omni or a dentist office in general. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, it was a short wait time, the dental assistant Monique was very friendly and made me feel comfortable in what is a nerve racking environment for me. Dentist S. Geema was very insightful and gave me answers no other dentist has been able to offer ever and all while NEVER making me feel guilty for not taking care of my teeth properly sooner.
