Dr. Ramendeep was amazing with my daughter. She’s been having severe nausea. She’s grown but was unable to take herself. She was here twice today. The intake nurse however was extremely abrasive and rude. I wasn’t able to get her name but the tattoos on her neck are pretty distinctive. My daughter asked me to not say anything to her so I didn’t. I believe she needs to take classes on how to talk to/interact with patients. My daughter was already not feeling great so she shouldn’t have to feel like she’s getting interrogated at a doctors office about why she’s there and why she is seeing this specific doctor.
The main reason is that you feel at ease because they receive you with kindness and cordiality and that makes you feel relaxed, the wait is never long as in other clinics that attend you after more than an hour of your agreed appointment, All employees are very friendly, the doctors are also kind and solve your doubts and help you have everything you need according to your needs that they require at that time that you are sick
My son is on spectrum and staff was understanding and helpful ? ? and made appt quick and tolerable for him. They have easy going attitude and professional..the security person outside was helpful and informative
