Best haircut I’ve ever had. I’ve been all over barbershops in this town and Oil City is hands down the best. Jimmy is always great conversation, the music is always on point, and there’s usually an awesome movie playing on the TV. After my last haircut my girl left the house and came back with her sister, my shovelhead started first kick, my dad came home, and my credit went up 15 points. If you want to feel good about yourself, shoot on down to Oil City and treat yourself. You deserve it
