This place is a happy little surprise .. Nancy, the owner, was such a delight! She has been in business for 21 years, and I am happy that I stumbled upon this place. She greeted everyone who walked in. I met some of her LONG LONG time customers, and they all raved about her quality of service. I am very particular about my pedicures because I constantly have ingrown toenails. It's the way they cut my nails growing up in the Philippines. Ladies and Gents ---- She KNOWS how to, intricately, carefully, painlessly, take them out! Thank you, Nancy!!! I will be back...
I kinda can't believe this place doesn't have better reviews, the two women working were ultra sweet the entire time. My friend and I got pedicures, I got a black French tip and she did a great job (she even made sure I was okay with the line thickness, huge green flag for those who get French tips). I appreciated that they stay open until 8pm since I work a hour out of town. I'm a basic black color type girl but they had plentyyyy of other colors to choose from.
Four of us had mani/pedis -- three of them were perfect. The fourth person had a problem with hers (perhaps a layer of glitter put on before the previous layer of polish dried?) However, the mistake is not what's important. What's important is how the salon responded the next day when she called to tell them about the problem. They gave her an appointment immediately (on a busy Saturday), took all the polish off, and upgraded her to a higher-priced package (obviously, at no charge). Well go back. They have earned our business.
