I have been going to Dr. Reno x 22 years, then he passed and have my pets have been seeing Dr. Shane Reno. However, when I called today to make an appointment for my dog, the receptionist was very rude. Once my appointment was made I thanked her and she just hung up the phone, no your welcome or my pleasure and to me this is so very disrespectful. Whomever she is, I hope Dr. Reno sees this review and speaks with her and hopefully she does not do this to anyone else.

I'm heartbroken, I had a medical emergency with my puppy today, she was 3 months old, she had eaten something and was dying in my lap, your ladies were rude, refused to help us, i understand covid had alot to do with it but when we asked where we could take her since you wouldn't help us you refused to tell us. we had to drive all the way to gosford but my daughter's puppy passed away in my lap on the way. you guys could have offered help.

The Reno’s have been very kind and professional over the years with my varied and numerous pets. My 3 now are Bandit, Buddy and Gracie, and yes we all made it safely to North Pole Alaska. We thank u and your caring staff for all of the care and love. We will miss u.
