This is no other tattoo parlor that I will go to or compares to Modern Electric. Billy has 30+ years experience and never disappoints. Their prices won't kill your wallet and they are 100,000,000% the best artists I've seen at tattoo shops. So if your looking for a great quality not crazy priced tattoo this is your place to go!
