I took my Rottweiler, Maximus, yesterday to get checked out due to hip pain. He's the nicest dog, except at the Vet He received good care, but I really, REALLY want to thank Vivian who went the extra mile for me and Max...She helped lift 112lbs of growling deadweight into my truck AND called today to see how Max was doing. CRAH is my choice and I highly recommend them!
Came across this place on google as I was trying to find a new vet since mine had closed. Luckily they were taking new patients! Had to schedule my kitty for a check up since he's on medicated prescription food only. Scheduling online was a breeze. They had me fill out a new patient form as well and I had sent my cats records over via email. My appointment was yesterday and it went very smoothly! Got checked in and all the girls at the front desk were friendly and hospitable! Dr.Paine saw mojo and it was great! She answered all the questions we had and was very friendly to us and my cat! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a pet!
The staff is friendly, helpful, and respectful. Dr.Payne (I believe that's her name) is great. She was helpful and answered all the questions I had. She was able to explain in detail the procedures they would be preforming. She was very empathetic and professional. The clinic also offers ScratchPay, a lending payment plan option which is great if needed.
