Nicholas was fantastic to work with. He was friendly and patient. We were able to take the samples home and see what they would look like with our lighting. Esteban was also great! He came over to the house on two different occasions to measure additional areas we wanted to get carpet and tile for. Both Nicholas and Esteban have great communication skills. We will continue to go to Michael’s flooring for our carpet and tile needs.

Mason kept us informed on all matters of the carpet my wife and I had chosen and even came to our home with the installers to make sure all matters of installation had been addressed before leaving the installers to do their work.
