Had a blowout on my private flatbed trailer with a 6000 pound load on it in the middle of nowhere. My Insurance Companies Emergency Roadside Assistance called over 10 places and could only find one that was available but 60 miles away and so it was going to be hours. I called Mariscal and they said no problem be there in 30-45 minutes. They were there in 30. Very professional and courteous. And had the spare on the trailer in less than 10 minutes. I was stuck. They could have charged anything. But they charged what I think was very fair. Great job. I travel this route many times a year and I will be putting you in my contacts on my phone.
Had a blowout on I5 on a Saturday morning at 6 AM. I called Mariscal and Efren answered. He didn’t have my tire size with him but he was able to get it and had me back on the road in 1 1/2 hours. Super nice guy and very fast. Highly recommend.
Just wow! Such amazing service. We were on our way in an hour from the time we called. Efren was so nice and efficient. I originally ordered two tires because I found a crack while looking for the size to replace our blown tire. But, he looked at it and said we did not need it after all. Very honest and knowledgeable - we are so thankful for them!
