Dr. Chao was very patient and super calm with my very emotional 7 year old. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. The doctor's assistant, Melissa was so pleasant and helpful and especially patient with my son. She answered all my 100 questions with such a positive attitude. Overall we had an excellent experience with this location!

Dr. Shang is a total professional and explains the details of the exam so that you can understand. Very friendly and certainly cares for the patient. The assistants were equally proficient and easy to deal with while answering all the questions. Very impressed with Dr. as well as the staff and did not feelpressured to purchase glasses on the spot. We will be back for sure!!

It’s been about 3 years since I have had an eye exam and new glasses. I went in here and easily set up an appt. When I went in the staff was great; really friendly and helped me with questions I had. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. They had many options of frames and Lenses. Definitely gonna keep coming back
