Overall KP doctors has never done me wrong except with a Workers compensation complaint which was resolved back in the day... (My personal opinion...NEVER go to them)But the reason I still use them is because they have some of the best physicians I've met during my 30 year industrial career. Round 1 The Lab gets 2 stars this location on Stockdale for my appointment I waited in the line marked appointments for 10 minutes with no one even coming out to see if there were customers waiting. 14 minutes in all and 6 customers outside a young man walks out and asks if there are any appointments I raised my hand and he checked me in. fine .. The doctors and staff here are amazing. I saw Dr. Cowan in ophthalmology. She was very kind and informative and let me know exactly what was going on with my eyes. Parking is tough here though, so get there early.
