I have been a customer for YEARS! Literally, I have wigs older than my children and the hair has not disappointed me yet lol! I have even come to appreciate the customer service. The hair is top quality and I feel extremely confident and more beautiful when I wear it. I get dozens of compliments daily from people I've known forever and perfect strangers.
Great hair and excellent experience with customer service. I ordered a wig and there was a miscalculation with their inventory. I was contacted within 48 business hours (I ordered over the weekend) after placing my order. The Rep explained the issue and offered 2 alternatives. My order was promptly shipped same day and I received my unit with 7 days.
I’ve been using my not so knappy 14” clips in now since July and I absolutely love them! They blend in perfectly with my hair, the only thing I had to do was dye them dark brown/black to match my hair colour. I wished you could buy the not so knappy in 12” clip ins but other than that I would highly recommend this company, the quality of the hair is amazing. I will never wear a wig again now that I’ve found this company! Very happy customer
