Trying to submit change orders and zero have been approved. Hours of work, hundreds of thousands of dollars back owed!!!!Each of them coming back “denied”. No explanation, and can’t get ahold of anyone or answers….These change orders mainly came fromHaving a completely different set of plans that were originally bid on.Hours of clerical work with repetitive resubmissions and still no support or help on this matter. I would not work with these ‘professionals’ EVER. SKIP on to the next opportunity.The negligence of payment to small competitive companies trying to survive is a sink or swim situation.
