Evictions are always a nightmare. Its an excellent idea to have someone who knows what they are doing fighting for you in your corner. Ken and his team are *excellent* in that regard. An excellent resource to have on your side. I am thankful for Ken and his company, but I truly hope not to have to use him again anytime soon for an eviction! :)
