I represented a client in a dissolution action who needed to sell his house and Robin and Heather were the realtors for my client. While there were legal issues that needed to be resolved in court which delayed the sale, Heather and Robin were very professional, easy to contact, and made the eventual sale transaction a very smooth process. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Kern county area looking to sell their residence.

I texted Heather Heath "Hey, sell me a house,". Her reply, "I absolutely will, what area and what is your price range?". That simple text message started a journey that led us to the doorstep of our new house. Heather showed us 12 houses, and also sent us daily emails with listings that matched our criteria. Going house hunting with Heather was an incredible experience. After we looked at all twelve, we ended up offering on the first one we looked at. Robin in the office took over and showed us what having an experienced agent negotiating for us was like! Robin was thorough and a consummate professional.
