We are so grateful for the help JD Mechanical gave us. Our air-conditioner wasn't working, they were so friendly and helpful, they came out to check out our air-conditioner in a timely manner. After finding out that our home warranty company wasn't going to cover the replacement even though they were informed it was normal wear and tear. The unit was 20 years old. They were so helpful in trying to get the insurance company to cover under our policy, goes to show another insurance company taking your money and not following through with their responsibility under our policy.
