I’ve been going to Gaby Castro for about 6 months . She is a gem. I’m so happy to have found her . She cares about my hair . Before her, I couldn’t get my highlights right . I’m only 43 and I have a lot of white hair in the front, but she’s been blending in my colors and I so appreciate her professionalism and time taken to make sure I’m happy 😊. I’ve been a client for almost 5 years now. I’ve had my services done by the most sweetest and professional stylists. Laura and Emily and the rest of the girls are a joy to be around for those days that require hours in a chair. With that being said, the new manager is not. Last Friday, I witnessed her yelling at one her staff members . It made the entire salon go quiet and tense. She did it multiple times. I should not hear or witness staff being treated so poorly. JCPenny, do better at selecting a better manager. Not acceptable. I truly left feeling embarrassed for the young lady who was clearly embarrassed and upset. The staff deserves a better leader. I came in and had a cut by a young girl named Maddie. She is such a sweetheart and did such a good job. She was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I will be back to see her again!
