Southwest Eye Care provides quick and fast service with no wait time. The staff is wonderful, accommodating, and great. The doctors are outstanding providers who go above and beyond. They spend a meaningful amount of time with patients, do not rush, and give extra care. They have a seriously impressive understanding of their profession and explain the science clearly. The doctors have beautiful bedside manners, are sweethearts, and make appointments comfortable. Patients feel blessed to have them and give strong recommendations. The customer service is absolutely stellar from the first person you encounter to the last.
I have been going to Southwest Eye Care for years. When my doctor retired, I was given a new doctor, Dr Cheung. I have seen him about 3 years and am very happy. He goes goes an extra mile, wanting to do his very best. I am blessed to have him as my doctor.
Went for my first visit today. Was super scared because my vision is degenerating from diabetes and I've been putting it off. Everyone at the office was wonderful and accommodating. It took quite a while for the doctor to make it back, but when he did I realized why it took a while. He spent a meaningful amount of time discussing my eyes and the science behind why my eyes are doing what they're doing. I didn't feel rushed, I felt like I was talking to a doctor who gave a care despite me being a first time patient. I'd wait four hours to have an interaction with a doctor like that. Dr. Cheung has a seriously impressive understanding of his profession - as we expect all doctors to, but most dont ride to the ability to trust their patients to also be able to understand the science and break it down for them. That's a real talent. It wasn't the best news, but I have a realistic idea of what to expect and how to proceed. Thanks Dr Cheung and team! BP
Dr Vance is an outstanding optometrist and took extra care with me as I suffer from severe chronic migraines that get triggered by my eyes. She made suggestions for me that have helped me, cleared my vision up as good as it can be and made a eye Dr appt the most comfortable I've had in 7 years. Thank you!
