Will not allow you to see a specialist you need no matter what your referring doctor says if they're out of network. They will lie, misrepresent the reasons, & gaslight you. It's all about money & they don't want to pay to have the specialist you need in network.

Doctor is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I also think his MA is friendly. The only drawback is the front staff. They seem like they are in autopilot and do not act genuinely friendly. I went in one day and asked for the doctor's MA to give me a call (as she was unavailable at the time of my visit) but I never heard back from her. I don't believe she ever received the request for a call. Aside from this, my visits to the back area are pretty good.
