Doctor is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I also think his MA is friendly. The only drawback is the front staff. They seem like they are in autopilot and do not act genuinely friendly. I went in one day and asked for the doctor's MA to give me a call (as she was unavailable at the time of my visit) but I never heard back from her. I don't believe she ever received the request for a call. Aside from this, my visits to the back area are pretty good.

Ok, so I walked in and I was greeted by the front desk lady, I didn't catch her name but she was very friendly and nice. I appreciate that. My appointment was at 2:30pm and I didn't wait that long to be seen by the doctor.

My mom is 81 and for almost a year has been dealing with several fractures in her lower back. Her prior doctor kept saying nothing was wrong with her. Even went so far as to tell my brother, "There is nothing wrong with your mom". He refused to order an MRI or anything for her. She fought this pain for almost a year when I took over her medical care 3 months ago and after much prayer & going thru medical reviews & feedback on 40 or so doctors I found Dr Yokoyama. Within 1 week she had an MRI done, within 2 weeks saw a Orthopedic Specialist and within the 4th week was in Pain Management (since the fractures were so many and small the Ortho could not help her). 3 months later she has had 2 treatments at Pain Management, 4 physical therapy appointments, had a EMG test due to what turned out to be Neuropathy in her legs, (this is why she kept falling & causing those fractures in her back) and continued to be monitored by Dr Alvarez & Dr Yokoyama at Centennial Medical Group. This all because someone took the time to care. I would refer both these doctors to anyone. We all pray for good medical care especially for those that can't help themselves. These doctors have been such a blessing to my mom and myself.
