I’ve taken the VTL class from both Bre and Kacey. Both have such an amazing, vibrant atmosphere to the class that makes me want to return each time! They both help with any workouts that I don’t understand how to do or need help with. They also explain perfectly on why it’s important to do it a certain way. Thank you so much for providing the class each week! I love it!!!
The gym has such a positive vibe, compared to our last gym. The staff is amazing, with a large range of equipment, amenities and classes. There's also a lap pool, jacuzzi, and steam room.
Overall it is a nice gym, employees are nice, and even when it’s packed I can find me another area to go to. only bad feedback is the water fountains need to be updated and weights can be organized. There are always all over the place.
