I am giving a five-star review only because of the second technician that was sent out. They sent out the first technician which this guy was maybe 22 23 not much experience under his belt well I sent him away because we've had five or six other companies with young guys didn't know what they were doing so I wasn't going to waste my time with this one. I called the office and complained told her how I felt and she sent out a different technician by the name of Milton. This guy was a very honest guy. Explain things very clearly. The Tec that came out his name was E J I think that’s what I was told, very nice I didn’t feel rushed. He wanted me to understand what was going on.. Wasn’t in a big hurry and did not hesitate to pet my dog… He was very curious about what was going on anyway it was a good experience that came on quick and I had to handle it going forward. I may have to have a new air-conditioning unit…in the newer future !
