I took my daughter for an exam and glasses on December 18th. We waited two hours before being seen. There were 3 other patients in the office, two of them being together, likely one appointment. We still have not received my daughter’s glasses. When I attempt to contact the office it goes to a message line. It’s 10:00 am. I’m tempted to ditch the glasses and go to Costco.
Shout out to my two toddlers who were chill waaaay past lunch and nap time.

I brought a client here and the customer service is amazing I give it to these girls working here!! It looks like its only 2 girls running the office doing everything I can't even imagine how overwhelming it can get they need to hire more people forsure to give this staff some support.

I regret coming here for my eyes. It’s been over a month since I dropped my own frames for prescription glasses and still haven’t got them. The robot or is sour and whatever’s. After I gt my glasses I’m never comin back here again
